Annie Sloan trained as an artist and turned to decorative work after university in the mid 1970's, whilst painting murals in houses as commissions.
Annie Sloan has written 25 books which have been published globally, and has transformed the world of furniture and painting with the creation of her own brand of decorative chalk paint in 1990.
